If some of the other Presidents including Clinton would have fought back when the Embassies ,ships and World TRade Center was bombed as well as our Hostages in Iran taken we may not be fighting in Iraq now. These other Countries know that we have a bunch of LIBERAL`S chicken lillies in the U.S. Our first down fall was getting out of VeitNam before we won,even the N. Veit Nam General said if we stayed we had already won. We loose more military age guys in car accidents then in a war that will protect our country. First off the Brits are dumb, they went into Iraq also. Secondly, if the Brits were 40,000 strong in 2003 in Iraq how can this announcement to "begin" withdraw be accurate from 7100 to 5500? We all know Blair is leaving his office post and it seems to me he is doing the right thing by bringing his troops home once he retires. On the other hand the Americans continue to mirror the events in Iraq as it did in Vietnam. What a shame for all Americans...

Brits are not dumb.They know Iraqi Geo-politics better then our ignorant leader in the White House.
They had deployed their troops in Shia Majority areas which were safer as compared to the Sunni majority areas as Shias were more concerned about making a Shia govt by the help of democaratically elected govt.Now when Shis have become succesful in their plan and now they've started killing foreing troops just like Sunnis to achieve their goal of 2nd coming of Imam Mehdi,who according to their belief will be returned when all the NON-MUSLIMS in the Middle East'll be slaughtered to death,Brits have smelled the danger and have decided to pull their troops out of Iraq.
"In God we trust" is the right phrase for current White House regime.They have no plan at all but just trust in God which neither helped on 9/11 nor in this war nor it'll help in case of the next TERRORSIT ATTACK.

This just goes to prove how well the occupation in the south of Iraq is going. The Brits are able to lower the number of troops by 1600. They intend to keep 5500 there. Given some time we will be able to do this in Baghdad and other cities.
This situation will be our outcome also, as long as the liberal Demoncrats don't cut and run first. They are willing to announce defeat as long as it puts keeps in power. I have news for all you liberals, we are never leaving Iraq no matter who occupies the White House. Try to name one country we ever left (besides Vietnam) after we got a base or foothold there.
