"Bush 1989-1993, Clinton 1993-2001, Bush 2001-2009, Clinton 2009-2018"

Wrong post maybe, but still funny. Clintons and Bush's. Never though about that. And if Hillary wins in your scenario, then there's Jeb Bush for 2017-2025 or whatever. 35 years of Clintons and Bush's :)

"How does Italy have jurisdiction in Iraq? If they can prosecute crimes in Iraq, We should start prosecuteing Italians in italy for breaking American laws"

Good point. I don't know what international laws says, but it seems that only Iraqi authorities could being charges unless the US or Iraq agrees to extradite. But if he's not in Iraq anymore, then it would be up to the US, no?

Our country has been run by the Bushs and Clintons since Reagan left office in 1989. If Hillary wins the predidency 2x, her presidency will end in about 2018? That is 29 years of this county under Bush/Clinton rule. My kids born in 1988 and 1990 are growing up in a Monarchy, not a Democracy.

Why is it that everyone gets a chance to take a shot at our soldiers? They are a regular target of our government and now we are allowing other countries to get in on the act. If that soldier did something wrong, why doesnt the American military prosecute him? No wonder our sons and daughters dont want to get involved with the military.. We dont have their back at all!

How does Italy have jurisdiction in Iraq? If they can prosecute crimes in Iraq, We should start prosecuteing Italians in italy for breaking American laws. I recomend that politicians be targeted first along with small children and teenage girls. This should achieve its intended goal of seriously pi$$ing them off. I agree that this is a revenge thing. Probably having more to do with the CIA agents they can't get to, than anything else.

Yeah, it does seem more of a vengeance thing than a justice thing. If it were a clear instance, like those GI's that raped and killed that Iraqi girl and her family, that's one thing. But from what I've heard in the reports, it was a messed up situation, with people being jittery and this tragic thing happened. Certainly not a murder charge.

About 1/4 of U.S. casualties in WWII were friendly fire and no great investigations were deemed neccessary...it was understood that this is just the nature of war. Agents, military, contractors all know the risk. It is just an unfortunate occurance of war. Hopefully the US brings Lozano home. All I can say is "Thankyou for serving your country".
