The Democrats had a bi-partisan commission study the future of terrorism in the U.S., the Hart-Rudman Report, which was completely ignored for eight months by the Bush administration - and as Condoleeza testified before congress, she considered it an "historical document." It said terrorists were planning to attack large cities in the U.S.using planes as weapons. That's how Democrats handled the terrorist threat - by looking ahead, not backwards. If you're worried about how the Democrats will protect you and your family from terrorist attacks, ask yourself who was in charge of National Security on September 11th 2001.
