All the legitimate scientists I have heard talk about global warming say we have a few hundred years before we will notice the effects, and even then they say all that will happen is the ocean will rise by a few inches or feet which could cause a problem for coast dwellers, but thats it. Most legitimate uninfluenced by politics scientist's also say that Al Gore is flat out wrong and misrepresenting the facts. They even say that this is something that is characterist of the earths usual processes, it is a reoccuring cycle.

There is absolutley zero evidence for Al Gore's form of global warming. According to the inventor of the internet we should all be dead in 10 years. And we cant do anything to stop it, Some coountries tried the Kyoto plan (or what ever it's called) and that only created more emmissions. So you have 2 choices, either belive Al and worry about the the earth being fried or dont belive Al and either
a) get fried and use your 10 years living your life to its fullest
b) live your life to it's fullest nothing happens in 10 years and the democrats turn their attention to global freezing.

All you have to do to control global warming is launch an array of sattelites that can deploy adjustable solor shades. This would allow us to control the amout of solor energy reaching the earth. This is probably the cheapest and fastest solution.

Global warming, Al Gore, Tony Blair....lol. This has all the makings for a good comedy show. Maybe CBS should do a reality TV show about this.

I think part of the problem with this "science" is that scientists don't communicate very well except with their peers, with whom they are in major competition for grants and their livelihood. Nor do most scientists I know seem to be to put their work in a larger perspective which can be understood by the public In reality, Earth has been in a huge period of global warming since the end of the last Ice Age began some 15,000 years ago. In 20,000 BC the ice was a half-mile thick at NYC according to published science. So there is some truth to the argument that man's activities may mot be the key player. I for one think that cutting down virtually all of the world's rain forests has created a water and ocean pollution issue that will rival the green house effect. And then you have the intential stalling and creationist demogogues of the Bush Admin, Oh Brother.

This will be the true legacy of the Bush Adnministration as they continually put the short term profits of their campaign contributors ahead of the health of our children and the world. Bush's psuedo-science because reality!
When history finally rates his presidency it will show an absolute failue that not only put the U.S. at risk, but the world.
In the end I don't think Jesus will think very highly of his form of Christianity that worshipped money and power over people and the earth.
