Let it be a lesson that you don't say it was someone else who murdered someone and LIE under oath making the statement.. this is what happens- you go to prison.

IMPO granted all involved with this sex/drugs craved orgy are at fault for the murder of Ms. Kercher.

I will not pay to see anything( amada's movie or book) related to the DEATH of girl as result of sex and drugs fuel orgy.

I will continue to support Italy.

Money won out in this case/ and now that Amanda's family is 'destitute' we are asked to donate to their cause. The news commentators are suggesting Knox start earning money to help her family out, however I wonder how many of us would really watch any interviews or read magazine articles about this boring girl who hasn't much to say of any value. This is a case of The Emperor has no clothes. I'm not buying any of it including the fake tears at her acquittal, it would be nice if she just faded into the woodwork from now on. Perhaps Casey Anthony can tell her where she can have a Bella Vita. tattoo done.

Unlike the OJ case, there is zero evidence placing her at the crime scene, and no evidence at all that she killed anyone. Read more facts.

@ Samlv..get the facts right yourshelf, Amanda and her boyfriend -left Amanda's apartment with intentional hoping someone would find Ms. Kercher's body.. she and her boyfriend was there regardless of the lack of DNA not found in Amanda's case.
What DNA fact with regard to the OJ Simpson case the LA Police didn't blotch the evidence? A shoe print?

That's why Amanda's case is similar to the OJ simpson case... and also why OJ was aqcuitted for lack of substanial DNA evidence and sloppy police work gathering forsenic-- regardless of your bias opinion... there was not proof OJ Simpson DNA found at the scene other than a shoe print.. that anyone could own the same brand shoe..the same shoe size as OJ..does that without a doubt state OJ didn't murder his ex-wife? Nope!

Amanda's slander statement under oath AGAINST someone WHEN she didn't have to make such a statement- was a proven lie.. which made her a SUSPECT and why she went to prison..and now deemed as time served (4 years for slander).. and if I was the guy she intentionally slandered- I would SUE her..

A human being could not possibly do a murder like this and leave no trace of themselves. Amanda and Raffaelle are not ninjas, the only rational and scientific conclusion is, they were not there.

there are two types of acquittal in Italy, one is "Not Proven", (which is not what the jury/judge decided on), the other is NOT GUILT, which means they are completely exonerated and cleared from the crime, and this IS what the jury and judge pronounced!
No, they are not like OJ or Casey Anthony...There simply just is nothing on them here...
Some people will always choose to believe a bad report, no matter what. i pray that these two young people will be kept safe from that type of person, self-righteous, judgmental, and know it alls!

The Kerchers are victims twice in this tragedy. First they are the victims of Rudy Guede, who killed their daughter. Then they are victims of the Perugia public prosecutor and their lawyers, who misled them with false evidence and fantistical stories instead of fairly evaluating and following the extremely clear evidence. To anyone who actually read and evaluated the evidence - rather than listening to the delusions of the prosecution - it was extremely clear these two kids were innocent. Hopefully the Kerchers can open their minds and read the motivation report when it is published and understand how badly they were let down and where they should direct their ire.

What she will have is a comfortable life, worry-free about money. Not bad for a four-year investment; surely a better ROI than a degree. What's unjust about it is that she suffered, no doubt, and horribly, but not as much as our service members on active duty in war zones.
