Bet this guy worked there during BLACK FRIDAY and was driven mad by the demands of american consumerism. HAHAHA. Tragic to say the least. but as for the gun control issue. Would it have been better if he ran in and hacked a few people up with a sword? Or maybe just drive his car thru the doors and take out about 20 AVERAGE AMERICANS? When are you people going to WAKE up and realize it is YOU!!! YOU cause these things to happen by not caring!!!! ALL YOU DO IS B TCH about sh t.Or cower in the corner like scared SHEEP!!!!There are a billion ways to be murdered!!!! Stop making everyone work for you!!!!I love how we go give thanks on thanksgiving then go out on Black fri and try to kill one another over BS objects. Those people should not be serving you!!! They should be at home with their FAMILIES talking and CARING and teaching each other to LOVE instead of kill.YOUR demands are keeping people from even knowing their families.Christmas you wake up with the spirit. Then that afternoon you go shopping and force someone else to work YOU SCROOGES. If it were not for your demands those people could be home enjoying their children or fathers or grandmothers and so on.But family is not important in america ONLY DOLLARS AND DEMANDS.I know i have to work on christmas and i hate everyone who buys from the establishment i work at it is in the food industry and i bet you every order will get a little extra christmas cheer from that store (if you know what i mean)SO shop on christmas eat up you FATT RETARDED SHEEP.Thanx for stealing christmas from our kids.THEY HATE YOU TOO!!!!!!!!!NO DEMAND NO NEED FOR SUPPLY.And besides making people work on christmas is just ANTI CHRISTIAN.And UNAMERICAN you all hate scrooge for it on that movie HATE YOURSELVES FOR IT IN REAL LIFE.GOOD THING IM NOT A HOMICIDAL MANIAC cause that is just the sort of thing to set me.YOU COMMUNISTS!!!!!!!

I recall the days of working on Black Friday at a well known department store. I truly despised the greedy obnoxious crowds although I earned commission and the paychecks were higher than any other time of the year. What was worse was the tremendous amount of after-Christmas returns with no receipt or price tag(could've come from any store) and we still had to give a cash refund. The let down came in January when sales slumped and our mandatory annual overnight inventory count. Just be thankful you have a job. I have friends with management experience who cannot even find full time employment, it's all very part time at minimum wage w. zero benefits.

A half hour from where I live... Sigh... My wife has been saying she doesn't want to go to movies since the Aurora, Colorado thing. I've been telling her that there are movies playing everywhere all the time and that the Colorado thing was very, very far from here... Yeah... it is everywhere and anytime.

I do not think the average America should be armed to the teeth. However, this is a huge tragedy. Now is the time to offer comfort and prayers, not politics.

You opened with politics...so...

Armed to the teeth is an immeasurable term. You can't legislate that and it can't be enforced. Also, what do you have against average America? Who is average America? Can above and below average Americans be armed to the teeth?

ReubenHwk55, you opened the can of what we can and cannot legislate. For starters, the 100 round drum magazine that was used in Aurora. If you investigate, you will find that they no longer are made. Two reasons, 1) they don't work, IMO only a sicko would buy one; and 2) the 100 round magazine was outlawed.

If you want to go clear back to the intentions of the Founders, simply wiki the history and purpose of the Springfield Federal Armory. Then, google Colonel Thomas Gilbert and verify that the Minutemen confiscated his personal armory, a week before the Lexington Alarm.

@CUBSCOUT09: If 100 round drums don't work why bother outlawing them? It's just another example of useless ineffective laws meant to make people feel good. As far as the intentions of the founding fathers...intentions are beside the point. We vote on laws and laws are text. The text of the 2nd amendment explicitly bars unreasonable restrictions on guns.

Google gun confiscation during Katrina. You'll find that thousands of weapons were illegally seized during a crisis only 7 years ago by national guard troops and police here in the US. Just because it happened and can be googled doesn't make it right or legal.

the US is creating a society with a lot of crazy people. Without guns, they would just find something else crazy to do. We might just as well shoot it out.

ARIMA0206, they have done such a great job eliminating cocaine. What makes you think they can eliminate guns?
reubenhwk55 replies:

@ARIMA0206 The problem with abolishing the 2nd amendment is that it will put all the other amendments up on the chopping block. 2nd amendment will be the first to go, 4th amendment next, then the 5th.... It sets a very bad precedent. There are tens of millions of law abiding gun owners in this country. You're only punishing them.

Hate to tell you but crazy folks have been abundant here in the U.S. for decades. Read up on institutions and why today they're now being allowed to live amongst us in uncertainty.

Arima0206 Right... let's just have criminals carry guns or crazies steal guns. Aagin, it not the guns that kill, it the human beings, who carry the guns. It sad, that no one in that mall was carrying a gun legally to protect the innocent victims.

So the gunman just wanted to be stylish with the body armor. Give'm more guns. More, more, more. Guns don't kill people. Crazy people with body armor and guns do.
