Agreed. Infrastructure has been neglected for decades. Our money has been spent on at least 1 unnecessary war and nation building and foreign aid. Time to bring it back home and do what is right for THIS country. Horrible that jobs might be provided to eventually benefit ALL citizens of this country by improving our long-neglected infrastructure, isn't it?

There is nothing supernatural or mysterious about what is happening. It is like if two 98 year old persons died last night. The infrastructure in the U.S.A. is old and tired. Living in South Florida over the past few years I have read of many sewer explosions because the pipes are old and corroded.
When we finally win the war on terrorism and begin to withdraw troop from our many wars it would be practical to begin to use the troops and $$$$ resources which will no longer be needed for nation building and use those resources to rebuild Americas aging infrastructure.
