You clowns smokin that brown weed from Mexico ? Man that is low class. Go find somebody who plays Florida State or Univ Fla or SEC basketball or football they'll put you onto the the green green goods.
Ok human smuggling is down because the economy is down. If our economy was booming they would still be flooding across our borders. Obama of course will say that it's because of the increase BP agents which he supported (Already expanding before he took office.) Nothing against the BP but they can't do much to stop the flow without better fences and more authority to act. Right now if they even draw a weapon they are investigated at the demand of the liberals and Mexico and THAT folks is just wrong.
In 1976, I was stationed in Germany and had the rare opportunity to go inside the 1k zone and tour a section of the Iron curtain on the border of Czechoslovakia and Germany. Heavily patrolled and reported to keep us out not to keep them in. Never in a million years would I have believed that we would do the same thing in America. Most of the Iron Curtain was a high security fence not a wall like in Berlin. When American businesses stop hiring illegals they will stop coming. Until then every attempt to stop them with force will fail.
Very credible....TSIGILI's comment is spot-on and accurate.
Just take AZ as an example of a state that wanted to do something about the problem of illegal immigration, because the federal governemtn refused to do their job....what happened ? Obama came down on AZ, like a ton of bricks, called Holder....suing them, blocking them....."Obama....how dare you restrict the flow of my new voters"
Empire, the federal government hasn't done its job (apparently you see a federal "government" role here) over the course of a dozen presidents. As you attack Obama for all the border, you (again) conveniently overlook certain facts, number one in this case being the Republicans in congress who have refused to even so much as entertain taking up an immigration bill (the "just say NO" mantra of the new Republican party). That is not to excuse prior presidents' or congresses' actions or inactions on the subject, but Obama has nade attempts to address the issue and run into Republicans steadfast refusal to do anything to work with him or Democrats in congress.
The (constitutional) issue raised by Obama and Holder - like him/them or not) - is of course the Fourth Amendment which bars unreasonable searches and seizures. Clearly there is a consitutional issue here in the case of the Arizona immigrant search law (SB 1070), to which you refer by inference. How that sifts out at the end of court review is anybody's guess.
And TSIGILI's comments are far from accurate. Obama has had no more to do personally or institutionally with drug/gun/people trafficing than you or I have. Border Patrol works with what they've got, which is a mish-mash of convoluted laws and limited resources. It was Republicans in the Republican-controlled House who cut the Border Patrol budget by $272 million, knocking out 870 BP agents and other border surveillance programs and resources in the last fiscal year's budget bill. Prior to that, when Democrats controlled the House, the Border Patrol budget was increased and 1,000 agents were added to stem the flow of illegal immigrants. Not exactly a means to increase the flow of voters.
As for guns (presumably F&F) TSIGILI refers to, F&F has to go down as one of the dumbest ideas in the history of ATF and the Border Patrol. Where does the blame lie? (also, don't conveniently overlook the fact that the forerunner of this program had its birth in the Bush administration). I frankly don't know but I'm not given to embracing every conspiracy theory advanced by idiots with agendas. Presumably you are similarly intelligent and not given to conspiracies.
All said and done, when it comes to my First, Second, and Fourth Amendment rights in particular, I hope somebody is watching out for me. You would feel the same if you or members of your family were subject to being searched in Arizona without cause or absent a court order. If we are not diligent about protecting everybody's rights, we may find ourselves without those rights ourselves.

Man that is low class.

1. What made them think that this would work with that sharp of an angle on their "ramp?"
2. How much of this has gone on without our knowledge? (as in successful attempts)
Paranoid old men in the federal government keep marijuana illegal and make your children LESS safe!
Stop the excuses, Stop complaining about our economy. I work in construction, there are no white people working.
Obama has enabled the drug traffic, the gun running, the people smuggling.......and he intends to continue enabling those things.
Obama is clearly, not for, reducing crime in America.
