I wasn't sure if you were being sarcastic or not, because both of those happened recently, the boat and the falls...doesn't anyone think....and if they did have so many people in the vehicle, drive very slowly and safely, precious cargo is on board.
That vehicle was never made to hold that much weight. My suburban only has room for 9 adults, and I would never load it up as tight as that little thing was. Whoever was driving, and any other adult in that vehicle should be charged with vehicular manslaughter as well as felony child endangerment, and anything else they can think of.
