coucou, this punishment will serve as an example to other obsessed, It will also encourage other victims in other establishments to denounce these practices. "au revoir"
Anyone convicted of rape, and there is DNA evidence to prove it. Castration/***** removal should be automatic, AND put the scumbags in general population, not in their own special little area for their protection.
Drastic as it is, there is only one real cure for rape in the military. That is to make it a crime under the Code of Military Justice to ignore a reported rape and brief everybody during Commander's Call of its consequences. If anyone is raped and that person actually reports it, and that report is ignored or disregarded, that person is then automatically subject to drastic penalties including jail and dishonorable discharge. This would apply to any enlisted or officer rank. All that person would have to do after getting such a report would be to immediately walk the victim to the nearest legal officer.
Or, here's an even better concept, remove women from being able to serve in the military in the first place! PROBLEMS SOLVED!!! DON'T CASTRATE OUR MILITARY EFFECTIVENESS MORE THAN IT HAS ALREADY BEEN!!!
Because of the bleeding hearts and the officers of the military trying to hide all and to give false information. I'v seen it a lot while in the service.
Having been raped also while serving in the military I live with it everyday. Luis Walker gets out in 20 years. His victims will never... and I speak from experience (16yrs of therapy) be the same. He needed to think of his life with his family before he did his crimes instead of after he got caught. My heart goes out to his victims. Please don't get me wrong...after a traumatic event has happened to you, it changes you forever. I fight everyday to enjoy the little things in life and just recently came off of anti-depressants and sleep-aids after being on them for over 20 years. I can finally get myself to sleep on my own. Yeah! It is a daily struggle, but, I've learned to fight instead of give-up.
I think what 55minus5 was trying to say is that you should have never joined in the first place, this was YOUR FAULT to begin with, you had no business joining, along with most of the other women in the service of this once-great nation.
