This is such an emotionally charged case that simply moving he trial to another part of the state as "ReckonedTruth" suggests may not be enough. If the law allows, it probably should be moved to another part of the country, like Hawaii or Guam.
IKNOW this man is guilty - not only of the charges specified but of other, possibly more serious crimes. This man did not just commit sexual abuse but, if Mike McQuery is to be believed, but forcible child rape.
Others also KNOW this man is guilty but due process says, in effect, it's not what you know that's important but what you can prove.
It's up to the prosecution to prove what most of us already know beyond a shadow of a doubt.
The Sandusky trial should be moved to another county on the other side of PA.
IMHO .. if sexual abusers like Sandusky would just plea out at the beginning ..(Sandusky knows he's guilty of the charges)..why not plea and for once Sandusky-- think about the discomfort of the victims--who will relive the molestation/rape-- as result thru MEDIA PUBLICITY..(i.e. remnants of the trial)...
