Hi Ranger...Thank you, yes I did have a very nice Vet's Day. Went up to Philadelphia to visit Independence Hall and the surrounding buildings. Weather was great...and had two very nice dinners. How was yours?
I don't understand why the Infest Wall Street gang got special rights to camp and take up residence when others would be evicted and perhaps jailed. This is more selctive application of the law favoring the Marxist movement in America.
freedom of assembly? No, I think it is freedom of peaceable assembly. I consider rape, murder, and public urination and defecation outside the definition of "peaceable".
In celebration of our 'Freedom to Assemble' I suggest we all find out were the organizers of the 'Occupy' movement live and assemble in their homes for a month or two. I am sure they will welcome us with open arms! At least, that is what they are demanding from others.
Just heard from my daughter that hundreds of the student 99% are marching on her campus in support of Occupy. Like I said Occupy 99% is EVERYWHERE. And YOU are a part of it unless you make over $515, 000 a year.
Desperate times in a failed fascist country like America calls for desperate measures. There are millions and millions of people who are hurting because of what the Top 1% have done to us. And THAT is why the movement is here to stay.
Like the song goes "till you do the bidding of the many not the few"
There's a line where a protest using one's rights of freedom of speech and assembly turns into a group trying to force others to capitulate to their demands by taking over. They crossed the line. America doesn't like being told "Do this or else We won't leave!" If your message is strong and the majority agree, you don't have to try to force them! We heard OWS. Freedom of speech and assembly is not the right to yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater or to take over public land and infringe on the rights of others. For those of you who think their rights supersede the rights of everyone else, ask yourself this: If an anti-abortion group (or any other group you don't agree with) decided to take over public land, parks, block traffic, disturb neighbors...and refused to stop until abortion was made illegal, would you be championing their right to do so? We can't say it's OK in this instance for someone's rights to trump others, but in other instances it is not. Other groups didn't need to takeover and refuse to leave to get heard and make a difference. The TEA party, as one example. Maybe this group isn't making a difference because not everyone agrees with things like having their student loans paid for by you and I, or any other number of demands. Maybe it's their incoherent message.Who knows? The fact is, we heard them ad nauseum. Now they should organize to change laws or actually DO something..not hold us all hostage until they get their way.
Occupy 99% is bigger than anyone including the Top 1%. It is bigger than party or country. It is the next stage in human evolution because it is Take it Back or death to us all.

Well, the second speaker had a teleprompter malfunction!
