- Most state codes have a 'morality clause' that would allow them to fire her and revoke her teaching credential. What she does (on the video) on her own time is for her to decide. The fact that this porn was given to 11-12 year olds is a crime and she should be prosecuted, whether intentional or not. Being convicted of the felony should also cause her to lose her job. I think if this teacher was a male, he would be in trouble. A teacher in my district can be fired for showing a PG-13 movie to 5th graders. I think this is far worse!

If it were a man, he'd be hoping he could drum up bail on a teachers salary. He'd have to register too.
100% agreement!!! A man that gets a sex crime stuck to him will have to carry it to the grave, Even if he is 100% innocent. Its not right, its not fair, but its the law..............

- I'm an amateur video editor and I'm really not sure how that footage can accidently be added. I've made mistakes with a few seconds at the beginning or end of a clip. But most editing software shows the thumbnail(s) of the clip and to mistake a whole clip is kind of hard to believe. Plus, the clips have names and unless something generic was used (e.g., clip001) I would think "kid's outing" and "me having s3x" would also be a giveaway. I don't know, it just sounds fishy.

I am a teacher. You are right-many of these new young LIBERAL teachers want to save the world but cant do their job.The graduated k-12 went to college and back to k-12 as a teacher. They never left school. They come in with their LIBERAL open sexuality agenda and we wonder why the children are starting sex at younger ages. School dances-the students grind and rub on each other-the supervising teachers do not do anything because "the kids need to have fun" or "the kids like it" or many of the younger teachers do the same and do not want to be "hypocrites" . Makes you wonder about the quality of education.
I'm sorry wtlibss but you are an ASS. You act as though this teacher did this on purpose to make some sort of LIBERAL SEXUALITY STATEMENT.
Maybe you should think about retiring, you don't sound qualified to be a teacher & it sounds to me like you have an "AGENDA" of your own!
You remind me of this old teacher I use to have in highschool... Mrs. Wolfskill... she was the worst teacher, everyone that had the misfortune of being in her class remember her well! Miserable & Boring as hell, made the period of the day seem like a month!

- You know, if they had watched a tape with violence instead, parents would have been okay with it. But, heaven forbid that kids in this country see anything to do with sex! Watch a person get caught in an explosion in a movie, shot up by bullets in a drive-by, you betcha'! They show dead and dismemberment on television news reports and in newspaper photos all the time, and this seems to be okay. Share a picture deemed sexual and it becomes a controversy.
