Most state codes have a 'morality clause' that would allow them to fire her and revoke her teaching credential. What she does (on the video) on her own time is for her to decide. The fact that this porn was given to 11-12 year olds is a crime and she should be prosecuted, whether intentional or not. Being convicted of the felony should also cause her to lose her job. I think if this teacher was a male, he would be in trouble. A teacher in my district can be fired for showing a PG-13 movie to 5th graders. I think this is far worse!

I'm more of a liberal myself but let me tell you some of these kids have no respect, they have no manners, they are veeeery disrespectful if they hit you you cant even hit back come on, some of these kids are bigger than you!!! They got to stop protecting these kids sooo much man

Since when is being stupid an impediment to being a teacher? Judging from the language skills of many of the posters here, if stupidity is a handicap in the workplace, there's a lot of unemployment represented in the CBS Comments section.
