From above, "The attacks began more than a month ago and cat-owners had been urged recently to keep their pets confined indoors or use fencing to keep the cats in their yards."

Fencing to keep cats in their yard? I can see that working really well.

Something wrong in the soul of a nation that jails kids for killing animals, but supports torture as national policy.

"May 6, 2009: ? A new national poll indicates that most Americans don't want to see an investigation of Bush administration officials who authorized harsh interrogation techniques on suspected terrorists.

Six in ten people questioned in a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Wednesday believe that some of the procedures, such as water boarding, were a form of torture, with 36 percent disagreeing.

But half the public approves of the Bush administration's decision to use of those techniques during the questioning of suspected terrorists, with 50 percent in approval and 46 percent opposed"

bonjour,

That's the old testament! Which is why Jesus was and is the final sacrafice, hence, "Sacraficial Lamb." We no longer atone our sins in this manner and rather than stone anyone to death, we are to pray for them, try and help them see the light and if they are believers themselves, we are to call them out in front of the congregation for proper discipline and accountability (intended to get the person who has backslidden to see the err of their ways and repent, thus returning to a relationship of harmony with God). God's word says,"A harsh rebuke is better than a kind word," for if you love your brother or sister in Christ you wont do nothing to warn them that their actions will lead them to the pit of hell. This is not so much a Bible lesson as it is a moment of some good, old-fashion common sence. Thanks!

I believe I mentioned "get him psyche evaluated, medicated, whatever you have to"....Whether it's social conditioning and yes, "company or in this case it could be the company of a parent (true, we don't know yet) corrupts good charactor." I didn't write that, God did. It's a Bible scripture and true if you've ever been a kid yourself. Unfortunately, since children aren't born 'ready-made'....they must be open to recieve and absorb the information around them in order to grow. Sadly, that information and influence is not always that of good standing. Why else would statistics show us that the majority of pedophiles were actually molested as children themselves? This is why pedophilia is so difficult, near impossible infact, to rehabilitate. That's a whole other issue for another date and time. My point is, while you may be right this kid has certainly got some mental issues, I vehamently dissagree with you regarding the possibility that he's simply a BRAT who was taught not to consider...maybe not intentionally, but perhaps through osmosis by simply being brought up in such an environment in his home or around his ecclectic surroundings. Either way, it's important to teach people to learn to look for the tell-tale signs of sociopathy in their kids..(lack of conscience, torturing animals, blatant disregard for other's feelings)..because these problems don't simply vanish at the first incling of adulthood. Do a little research into psychological studies, statistics, etc...and see if there is no link between upbringing, childhood behaviors such as I've listed and how they are integral chunks of a serial killer, cat killer, rapist, pedophile,etc....'s past history and overt signs that they would soon grow into the monstrosities they are.

I feel the same way about mothers who have their babies pulled out their wombs in little pieces. Can you imagine that baby's horror? And then if by chance it lives, some doctor coming at it with hammer to bash it's head in?

I'd like to skin every one of these mothers.

But then hey, YOU PEOPLE think it's LEGAL and totally without shame, and that these mothers are totally sane and society worthy.

Does anybody realize the hell babies are going through as they're ripped out of a mother's womb?

Does anybody care? NO! They think it's LEGAL!!!!

The sicko that ripped a baby out of a mother's womb got a $50,000 bail, and faced 15 years in prison.

It always amazes me the hypocrisy of some, screech about cruelty to cats and dogs, yet ripping up human babies and bashing their brains out is HUMANE!

The society is facing problems with such laws. This has to go legal and it?s needed to be sorted at the earlier.

The religion that killed more people than any other was...atheism. Communists, whose official state religion/worldview was atheism killed over 100 million people in the 20th century.
While the Roman Catholic church has expressed regret over the atrocities of the Spanish Catholic Inquisition, which was staged to squelch the Protestant Christian Reformation from taking place in Spain, atheists have never expressed such remorse for the butchery that occured in their name under Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, and the North Vietnamese and North Korean communists.
Yes, atheism has killed more human beings than any other religion.

Ah, a little Bush hater. First, Bush is no longer the President. Second, under Bush, our economy lost 500,000 jobs per month; under Obama, our economy is losing 600,000 jobs per month. Is that what Obama meant by "change?"
Third, David Kay and Charles Duelfer, the weapons inspectors who wrote the final WMD inspections reports said that Iraq did not have WMD stockpiles, but it did have WMD programs that had been hidden from U.N. weapons inspectors and that could be, and they both wrote, no doubt would be, restarted after U.N. sanctions were lifted. France, Germany, and Russia were petitioning the U.N. to lift the sanctions so that they could get the contracts to pump the Iraqi oil; that is why they opposed the war.
Bush did eliminate an regime that had the capacity to produce WMD; but the mainstream news media never told us that. One can read the Kay and Duelfer reports for oneself to confirm this.
President Clinton attacked Iraq, and invaded Somalia, Bosnia, Serbia, and Haiti, but none of those nations attacked the U.S.. And President Clinton did say that Hussein had WMD and would use them if not dealt with by military force(1998). Did President Clinton lie as well?
Bush is not the President anymore; a lawyer named Barack Obama is and he is not accomplishing very much, except creating a hidden domestic army(Americorps), nationalizing the auto industry, violating contract law, increasing the U.S. federal deficit by $2 billion, and now nationalizing health care, when 80% of Americans have health insurance and only 20% do not. We only need "universal health insurance" for the 20% that do not have it, not the 80% of us who already do.
Try to focus on the present and explain to us why we are losing 600,000 jobs per month, 100,000 more than under Bush, after Obama signed a $787 billion stimulus bill? We are waiting...

This is so sad. This is one sick kid. He is definitely a sociopath and will grow up to become a serial killer. I hope he has to pay for this crime by spending some time in jail.

I hear that the SOB made bail. He better watch his back. I'm 1200 miles away but I'd like to have 10 minutes with him....they ought to give each family who lost a pet 10 minutes alone with him. This isn't the end of his gruesome activities; be sure of that. He's a walking time bomb.

I blame his mother for not making him go to church.

LOL, yeah? and teach him the parts where the book of death says man has dominion over animals to do whatever, and that animals are for sin sacrifice atonements, comeplete with gory descriptions on exactly how to kill and cut the animal up, sprinkling it's blood around etc.
It'll also teach him how to take a "sinner", adulterer or others out to the city gates and stone them to death!

Yep, just what he would need.
