Oh, I understand the law, I've read the SCOTUS opinion several times that upheld the right to privacy and the right to due process....for ONE woman.

Don't forget, she also has a personal friend on the Supreme Court, who advises her on all legal questions.

It doesn't matter if you agree or not.

Only one person broke US law in this situation.

Correct on both counts.

Mornin', slow.

Howdy, Stu!

Hi stu and slow. The wiccan's in full-blown frenzy mode already this morning! Since she's now born-again, they must have had a hell of a snake-handling service this morning to get her so riled up. Yeehaw!

How was Saturday Night Live Last Nite, did you watch it sitting on the toilet in your living room eating your buttered popcorn, and drinking your fizzy drink?
Posted by IThoughtItWasFunnyAgain

You know, rowdy, your fascination/obsession with SNL is pathetic. I did have buttered popcorn and a fizzy drink (beer) at the movies last night, tho - thanks for asking. And, no, your opinion isn't really relevant in this conversation, since the law proves you wrong.

The ones that call it legal are Neo-Nazi Left-Wing Nut Terrorists who THINK they made it legal....but I flat out don't agree.
Posted by IThoughtItWasFunnyAgain

And, of course, rowdy's opinion carries more weight in the US court system than that of the Supreme Court of the United States.

You could also present a legitimate argument that one of them murdered for profit, and the other one murdered this Dr. because his making profit off murdering babies made him mentally ill.
Posted by IThoughtItWasFunnyAgain at 9:46 AM : Jun 7, 2009
---------

Nope. Not legitimate. Abortion is legal so it cannot be classified as murder. No matter how much you wet your pants over it.

Well, I guess Dr. Tiller went to his grave believing it was LEGAL also, now didn't he?

Funny, isn't it, how nature's law takes care of evil deeds, isn't it? Murderer got to meet murderer....

You could quite frankly place a legitimate argument that BOTH these men committed legal acts, then couldn't you?
Posted by IThoughtItWasFunnyAgain at 9:43 AM : Jun 7, 2009
-----------

Nope, not accoriding to the law. Tiller actions werelegal, his nutball murderer's was not.

End of discussion.

Once again, a Neo=Nazi Left=Wing Taliban Terrorist tries to turn this into a religious issue, when we're talking about making MURDER LEGAL.

No we're not, otherwise we'd be calling the death penalty muder. Legal is legal. End of discussion.

Once again, Liberals turn this issue into a religious issue when it is a human issue.
-----------

Once again, a religious nut tries to convince people that their view is the only true and correct view.

Perhaps life begins when the sperm and the egg are developed. rather than later when they collide. If that is so, and why not consider it that way, then all of you born again crazies who have not been "utilizing your sperms (60,000,000 in an average ejaculation) and eggs (350-400 ripen in a females productive lifetime) have been "Killing babies" via your decision to "terminate their lives" via masturbation and refusing to have sex with willing partners. My point is that deciding that if "terminating a pregnancy through abortion" is to be subject to an individuals interpretation of when life begins rather than by law, perhaps these religious zealots should peek into their own glass house before throwing stones at others.

wow to protest at this guys funeral demonstrates my distaste for right wing nutjobs and there republican support

abortion is a choice. if your belief system is against it then don't have one... but those who copletely oppose abortion have no answers for the sharp increase in population and crime that will follow.

You think this country is heading downhill now.. Try adding an exponential amount of people to the equation over the next couple of generations and the havoc it will have. Not to mention that the majority of abortions are performed on poor / poorer families who either do not hve th emeans or have issues that would keep them from raissing the child properly. Which in return would just spike crime rate, and the cost of running this country.
this god that some of you choose ot belive in never wanted humans to over populate, use up every resource, and fight amongst ourselves for jobs, food, and care...

We can make abortion illegal is we can start talking about population control in general. 1 child per family for the next generations that can be increased to 2 down the line when we get things in order... How does that sound, or is that incomprehensible to the chosen ones

Sure I read about Dr. Tiller's two or three cases where the mother's life MIGHT be threatened...

And then I read the accounts of the THOUSANDS of perfectly healthy babies he's murdered FOR PROFIT, run through his clinic like cattle.

Yes, dear, I made a point of reading up on Dr. Tiller, but it sounds like YOU didn't.
Posted by IThoughtItWasFunnyAgain

You didn't even read my post, let alone anything about Dr. Tiller. He didn't JUST save women's lives, he helped them to end pregnancies when the fetus wasn't viable, when NO OTHER DR.S' WOULD!

Of course he made money, it's a business. But he also performed first trimester abortions for free for poor women.

But you only see this from your,"every sperm is sacred", point of view.

hungry, have a good one, I'm out. I'm bored with Rowdy's ignorance, and her love of ,"swimmers and eggs".

Later Rowdy, Baggy. Keep it real, wit all yo Rt. wing zeal...
