- Meanwhile......An Army recruiter was murdered in his office today in Arkansas by a Muslim, and cbs doesn't even make it headline news. But they wasted no time publishing the murder of the abortion doctor yesterday and making sure it was headline news for all to see. They even ran not one, but two long, detailed stories on this site about the murderer and the abortion doctor who was murdered.
I guess if you're serving your country as a military serviceman and you're murdered by a Muslim right here on American soil however, you don't deserve the same treatment from the media. CBS barely even touches on this incident.

- Also, I want to know why 78% of GM's dealers who were told to close were not B.O. supporters. This seems to be disportionate . . . especially when a lot of them were doing very well. Politics should not play a part in these decisions as I am sure many of their employees are liberals who will be suffering now too.

It is disproportionate.
I don't know about GM dealers, but Chrysler dealers were, by a factor of almost 8 to 1, HUGE GOP supporters. So, by that analogy, it means that most of the Chrysler dealers that were closed were owned by GOP supporters.

Being that we are supposed to be a free enterprise system, i would let it run its course. Throwing money at it is not going to fix anything. Let it run its course and it will cure utself. let GM collapse, it is going to happen eventually anyway.

It may come as a shock to you, but GWB did not run GM or interfere in its decision making nor did he interfere with the union negotions.
After spending more than $30B already, the result is bankruptcy. That should have been allowed to happen before our investment..
Watch for foreclosures to jump again and more personal bankruptcies to be filed for.
