I find it curious that the people with the long knives out for Obama are mostly silent on this one.

NOTE; "Several lower courts have dismissed the lawsuit."

This would have happened under Bush, and, theoretically would be based on legal, not political grounds. Thus this court is merely upholding a legal decision that actually has nothing to do with either the Bush or Obama administrations.

The Saudis are the worst case in a mountain of crap in the middle east. The US government should ask Expat Americans what the real story is on that place.
If you want to affect them, insist that visas not be granted to muslims of any stripe. Call and write your congressman and persist in putting pressure to cut off their visas. Make them stay in the crap they arrange in the stone age.

Theories. Thats all some of these people have. Thermite bombs. Bush planned 9-11. A jet can't cause the damage at the Pentagon. OMG. And my favorite, the illegal war.
I don't understand how all this comes about, wait yes I do. Unhappy people with nothing better to do than to bash anyone or anything.
One word of advice, if this country is so bad, please feel free to go to a foreign country and see how life is there.

People should get from this act by our government, a clearer idea of where your individual rights fit in with the bigger picture of world politics...

Who cares the tragic murder of all these people was made a joke by Bush's ilegal war. I do not remember one of these pompous relatives calling on it to stop.

They should be ashamed of themselves. We have caused the murder of almiost 5,000 of our own and countless thousands of inocent Iraqi's so the price is repaid Bye

Jeez, maybe some of the 9/11 victims families didn't support Iraq either. Are you saying they don't deserve your empathy because you didn't hear them loud enough about Iraq? They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to seek justice? I think you're sick and should be ashamed of YOURSELF, these families have done nothing wrong and you post that you feel more sympathy for Iraqis which these families had nothing to do with. Please move to Iraq where your heart seems to be,
