Police Arrest Victim's Boyfriend After Finding Woman And Her Children In Their Apartment
- After reading all of the post, I never once saw it mentioned about the young man spending four years in prison for "for unlawful possession of marijuana," yet all of you can go on and on about the dangers of guns.
I ask you, what about the dangers of prison, and what our young people are learning and being exposed to in prison. Even more suspect is the fact that this young man has been found guilty by a great majority of you, without a trial or any other legal merits.
Almost 1 of every 2 people incarcerated today are in prison for none violent crimes, yet they thrown in prison with the worst of the worst where they have to learn to live and survive in what can only be termed. "hell on earth."
Whether this young man is guilty, and whether he was a violent young man before he was thrown in prison may never be known, but to imprison any man, or women for 4 years for simple possession of marijuana is ludicrous.
When we take people who are not violent and throw them into prison with known violent offenders, they have to either learn to survive, or else they will be used and abused. Once they have learned to live with violence it is very hard for them to ever turn it off.
Yes, what has happened is very sad and upsetting, but until we decide to change the core structure of how we deal with crime and punishment, we will continue to see things like this happen again and again. - Reply to this comment
- I say again: Excuse me, posters (that seriously jumped to conclusions about this story)...do you see one single word about guns or the people getting shot with anything? I re-read the story just looking for that after reading all the postings about guns, wondering if I just happened to miss it...there''''s not one word about how these individuals were killed. This is what they said: "State Medical Examiner''''s office spokeswoman Cherokee Ballard said the deaths were homicides but declined to elaborate."
Durcho needs to go to jail and melt down the key so he''''ll never get out for killing (however it was done) his wife and four poor little children. Scum! - Reply to this comment
- Oklahoma, guns, mass murder, death.
Shocking, but nothing new here. - Reply to this comment
- and I hope when they find this monster, he gets the electric chair - the sooner we bring back the death penalty in ALL states and start using it the sooner our jails will be less occupied and maybe JUST maybe someone of those who thought of killing might rethink their thoughts.... or they too shall meet the maker.

- exactly what I was going to say. A gun just doesn''t go off by iself - there is a mechanism called the "trigger" that does not work by itself. It has to be pulled/depressed before anything will happen SO guns DO not kill PEOPLE kill and it doesn''t matter whether you outlaw all guns - murderers don''t go to your typical gun shop and purchase a gun, fill out paperwork and wait 6 weeks for it to be processed before you can get your gun. These weapons are bought in the back alleys at night just like drugs... they are illegal and not registered and more than likely the serial numbers have been filed off. SO quit your preaching/beatching about outlawing guns.... unless you can prove that NO one pulled the trigger, that this GUN went off by itself, than you have no grounds to bash legal gun owners who enjoy going to the range/hunting.....
My prayers are with the family for having this MONSTER (the guy NOT the gun) take away a special part of his life.... God Bless you. - Reply to this comment
- Hear it once again...people, not guns, kill people. In Hungary under Communism, no one had guns. And people were still murdered with hammers, knives, nails through the skull, strangled...where there''s a will there''s a way. After guns are outlawed would we also have to outlaw knives, axes, hammers, and bathtubs for the mothers who choose to drown their kids?
