- The unrigging of the court and judicial system needs to be a top priority of the Obama administration. we cannot even rely on the courts for fair judgements anymore because its been politically rigged. This destroys the system of checks and balances.

- All these right wing MFs broke all kinds of laws, but all I hear Obama say is "Let''s move on.." - what good are laws if nobody pays when you break them ? I guess they are suggested rules of behavior, which can be ignored without consequence. I tell you, the righties don''t roll that way.

- Gee, where are the RNC-paid trolls on this one? Nobody feels like defending another Bush administration-sponsored crime, I guess.

- The report cited an e-mail in which Schlozman noted it had been a while since he''d had to "scream with a bloodcurdling cry at some commie, partisan subordinate."
So this was in an email. I say first fire everyone they hired and make them compete in an open market then turn this foul scum of a cow dung over to the prison system.
Better yet tie a rope around a tree and hang him from it. - Reply to this comment

- Question - Does anyone at Hinkle Elkouri, Wichita, KS or their clients know of what Schlozman did? If they do and still keep him on, that speaks volumes about the law firm.
It is not surprising that the Bush administration does not want to prosecute Schlozman for breaking the law. I do hope that the new Obama administration feels different about it. If I was Senator Schumer, I would be talking to the AG designate now. - Reply to this comment
