Typical Rowdy, can''t put up, can''t shut up. Either you can state the case or you cant. Because the only case showing on the Supreme Court docket is the request to remove the electoral votes and let the popular vote stand in the next Presidential election. - Reply to this comment

- What a joke. It shows headline "Key Lawmaker Eyes Bailout Bill Changes" with photo of that H*omo Pedofile Barney Frank.
Healine should have said " Wanted: Gay Child Molester, $50K reward" instead. - Reply to this comment
- Let us see shall we.
They agreed to set for review:
The voting laws challenge.
The reverse discrimination case.
Iraq Immunity.
The case for Arizona and their english speaking program.
And two Pay fairness bills.
That was it for the days conference, those are they only things they agreed to set for review or hearing. - Reply to this comment

No Problem. I was eating dinner, so was away from the board anyway. It just irks her to no end that they are actually going to swear in Obama in 11 days. That gets her where we never will.

- To Stupidrules3- I totally agree with you. We keep electing lawyers while most people wouldn''t let a lawyer babysit their dog. Like Albert Einstein said: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result". This whole election was a joke, but hey, we have our first black president. Isn''t that the most important thing there is is the world. Isn''t that more important than battling terrorism and keeping our country secure?

- I make myself heard. Then I get snotty letters back saying they do not agree with my position. When I voted against them, 75% of the state voted to keep them.

One of my senators has never even acknowledged my e-mails or letters. So I try to convince everyone I can to vote the jerk out. He won last time but I will not stop trying.
My representative in the house is known in DC as "tight@$$" because he votes against almost all spending. I think I''d like to keep him.
My other senator responds, voted for the bank bailout, but finally started raising a stink about the auto bailout. He may figure it out, but I still want him out.
All we can do is try as hard as we can and never give up. - Reply to this comment

- Until we make our "representatives" aware of who they work for, we should expect the same as we have already gotten. The American people keep electing the same idiots who have been creating this mess.

- What I would like to know why Barney Frank is not in jail. He is the main person who wrote the ninja rules and literally forced the banks to make these flawed sub-prime mortgage loans. See you tube "Burning down the house". He stopped any and all attempts to regulate or rein in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. He was just as complicit in allowing the CEO''s of both organizations to make millions and millions of dollars in salaries. Not only has escaped scrutiny on this, he is the one writing the rules to prevent it from happening again. Are we stupid or what??? read www.ldsmag.com/ideas/081017light.html This is really eye opening.
