Gimme a break from this anti-Republican BS. Democrats and Independents are just as greedy and corrupt.

Actually if you look at the historical record, from ABSCAM forward MOST political corruption cases resulting in some form of factual review (a court of law or an internal House or Senate investigate, or via a special prosecutor) have involved Democrats. By a very very wide margin.

It has to do with the differences in philosophy on personal responsibility and the general nature of humanity. Conservatives believe that absent complexities a person will generally look out for himself before society, and Liberal government philosophy holds out that he will look out for others if they have even the base level needed for survival themselves. The Liberal view is idealistic, an ideal we''ve been coming closer to. The Conservative view is born out by history, but faces the evolution of human ethical codes which may in the future make this view obsolete. Liberals claim that time has come, but incidents we see every day all over the world indicate they are being more than alittle optimistic.

Other than that the only difference between the two parties is whose rights they want to take away.

I find it amusing that this person is definitely acting within the Conservative model, but is almost certainly a Liberal himself. Those kind of contradictions amuse the hell out of me.

Just be grateful for the First Amendment. In many overseas countries, libel cases can gather big payouts. More than 90% of the comments here would have been thrown out with libel laws existing overseas. I remember a case in Australia where a newspaper editor was sued for libel and even though he had a good case, his insurance company urged him to plead guilty and pay the plaintiff because the costs would have been less than going to court and winning.

Gimme a break from this anti-Republican BS. Democrats and Independents are just as greedy and corrupt. This *** has nothing to do with his political affiliation and everything to do with his complete stupidity.

(And FYI, I''m _not_ a Republican!)

- Lets try this

Sue for gross negligence

Sue for Civil damages compensatory damages

Sue for Punitive damages

I thought he said he was a Judge

The only evidence you need is your receipt for goods given and services not rendered

You gave them the goods one said pair of slacks, they took it, in turn gave you one said receipt

you went back to get your favorite pair of slacks and were traumatized by the experience of having to listen to what happened to them...

their dog ate it ...

now because this was your favorite pair of pants it ups the ante in terms of monetary damages

these suits are typical in Monterey Ca, Pacific Grove, CA, Carmel Valley, Ca hell they had a law suit over licking ice cream cones rich W.H.I.T.E couldn''t handle it...

Time for the poor cleaners to stop being nice to this very sick man, and countersue. They''ve already lost enough to his stupidity (he''s never won a case - but the stress and time it''s taken to respond to his court cases have lost them their business and a ton of money) - time to fight back.

What a wonderful legal system we have. First off, any judge who approves (another) lawsuit over his pants needs to be taken off the bench also.

He needs to be disbarred for his actions.

As others have said, "What a JERK". Can you say "******"?

Can''t something be done about this moron? How long do the cleaners have to suffer from his mindless vendetta? Can''t they sue him for harassment?

Talk about filing a frivolous law-suit and one will think that a person wearing a "Judge"''s robe should have known it better!

I might offer up a suggestion here. Everybody; and I mean EVERYBODY needs to turn their back to this guy when ever he is encountered. He needs to be shunned. He is bad for society and he is now turning into a big drain of society. He never will; "Get it". They have to realize this. Just; whenever you encounter this gentleman, turn your back to him.

Way off topic. There''s two or three stories about the Israeli/Hamas conflict on the main page that you can post on, but you obviously have an agenda that you are trying to push. Take your agenda to an appropriately titled story. We''re talking about wack-job judges. Don''t give us another wack-job to talk about.

Easy solution - Charge him court costs. Require a sizable deposit up front before he can file another motion. He must be broke by now.
