Your handle is very fitting. I''m not some Obama butt licker, but I am really getting tired of all the jokes and comparisons that are strictly based on Obama''s race (actually half of his race). There are TONS more things to make fun of him about-but of course for most people, this would take too much knowledge of what Obama is all about, and that would make it way too hard to make fun. It''s way easier to just make fun of the fact that he''s HALF black. - Reply to this comment
- Re: "Former Judge Roy L. Pearson is suing a dry cleaners for $54 million over a lost pair of pants."
He must be a very foolish and greedy man.
How did he ever get to be a judge? - Reply to this comment

- I think there would be a great amount of grassroots support to raise money just to countersue da judge.

- This disgraced moron and his ghetto ideas/values are pathetic. What we have here is a failure to cope. I give this guy a year before he kills himself. But I''m open to him doing it sooner.

- This whacko doesn''t need those pants. What he needs is one of those special white suits where the sleeves are tied together behind his back, in a rubber room.

- How about convening his case and then immediately throwing him in jail for contempt of court? The ensuing publicity would be a great incentive for any more frivolous lawsuits.

- This guy needs medication. What a complete butt hole. I hope that dry cleaners gets something out of this to make up for this crazed lunatic. And I hope he gets in trouble for tying up the resources of our judicial system for this ridiculous thing. What kind of judge WAS he anyway that he has such disrespect for people and for our judicial system.
If this goes to court I hope the judge that presides over it makes an example of him. Perhaps he can be forbidden to ever wear pants again. heh
What an utter joke and fool this idiot is. - Reply to this comment

- From the Wall Street Journal Monday, June 18, 2007 12:01 A.M. EDT:
Mr. Pearson has claimed that he needs 10 years worth of car rental fees so that he could use another cleaning establishment.
He wants $500,000 for emotional distress.
Although representing himself, he wants $542,000 for legal fees.
He claims that the signs at the dry cleaning establishment stating "Same Day Service" and "Satisfaction Guaranteed" are fraudulent entitling him to $1500 per day.
He multiplied 12 "violations" by 3 defendants by 1200 days.
The owners of the dry cleaners offered him $12000 at one point which he turned down.
An interesting side note to this charade, is that while he was initially running this ridiculous case through the legal system, he was overcoming a two-year spell of unemployment to win appointment as an administrative law judge in D.C.
This is a despicably flagrant abuse of the justice system. - Reply to this comment
