One of the problems America faces is learning to have discourse and discussion. If the Rev. Warren believes that *** should be given civil arrangements to share property; etc., that''s fine. That''s exactly how I feel also and many people do. But ... when being in disagreement with a group or a position is defined as "enragiing" and words are twisted and intentional lies are used to advance a position ... that''s not discourse and discussion.
I own "Purpose Driven Life" book and journal. I now see that Rick Warren seems to have targeted gay people lately. That''s all he seems to talk about, or maybe that''s all that''s being covered. I wonder why. There are other sins in the bible. I think thou dost protest too much. Obama always said he was against gay marriage, but not civil unions or equal rights. I don''t have a problem with his actions on this issue.
So your messiah Nobama now thumbs his nose at the gay community and does as he pleases. Bawhahahaha. This is just the start of a long list of groups that supported that empty suit and are about to be stabbed in the back.

Jesus hates the sin, not the sinner. He said (1st), Make a decision to try not to sin anymore and (2nd)turn your life over to me and (3rd) I will help you become a new man. He never said (become christian then you can continue to sin). He already knows that man will sin and expects us to fight it and seek his help in fighting it. No more, no less, reguardless of what "feel good" preachers try to tell you.

The question isnt whether or not Rick Warren hates *** or not, its whether he believes that certain Americans shouldnt enjoy the same rights as the rest of us. No one is asking Mr Warren to accept or embrace a homosexual lifestyle. Only to recognize that every human being has an inherit right to live their lives as they chose, that inherit right isnt exclusively for those that are followers of Mr. Warrens faith.... WOW so Pastor RW is not antigay. Cudda fooled me. He preaches that queer folks are really terribly mixed up straight folks. He offers them religion based fake therapy to either make them sexless or turn them straight. He completely ignores children being raised by queer folks in his ministry/preaching. He waffles about whether/to what extent he would cut back queer folks options in housing or work or family life or parenting. He did strongly support P8 to ban gay marriage, but partner laws are still on the books (for how long?). He stops short for now of demanding Muslim-style flogging or death penalties. Gee, with friends like this who are not antigay, it is hard to tell them from the truly antigay religious believers.
