This mother waited 31 days to tell anyone her daughter was missing (and if her mother had not gone and tracked her down that day...wonder how much longer it would have been)...and because of the rights of presumend innocence, we are supposed to assume she''s innocent until proven guilty...don''t know about you other mothers, but that fact alone tells me she''s guilty as sin. There''s just no way a REAL mother (not a monster) would do that to their own child!!!!

I am amused by the morons who suspect the utility worker who repeatedly contacted police to report the remains. No wonder people get away with murder if these idiots are representative of American citizens.

One very important fact seems to have been pushed to the wayside in the light of the current developments; Casey Anthony is in jail and charged with murder. The charge of murder came well before Caylee''s remains were found. Thus, we can all come to the reasonable conclusions that a.) The authorities in charge of finding the missing child believed her to be deceased, b.) The evidence gathered by said authorities was such that a judge agreed it was solid enough to issue a warrant for her arrest and detainment for the charge of 1st Degree Murder. It is up to neither you or me to pass judgment on this woman, that will rest with 12 unlucky souls called to jury duty. My personal feelings of guilt or innocence are just that, MY personal feelings. Not one of the posters on this board are (to my knowledge) involved in this case as investigator, officer, family member or attorney. We are all just normal people outraged at the events that lead to the death of a baby. The most poignant element of this whole story is that a baby has been abused in life and neglected in death. The squabbling over the mother''s guilt or innocence is disgraceful. Instead of arguing over guilt and who is more objective we should all be sending our condolences to the family that has been robbed of a child.
