Blackwater Indictment Alleges Grisly Tale

Please note here the word ''''Alleges'''' in the title of this article. The evidence being presented to you by the commie liberal media coverse their spin with the word ''''alleges''''. The only ones alleging this ***** is the liberal corrupt media and it''''s attack on anything to do with operations in Iraq.

Please remember YOU DON''''T KNOW THE FACTS! THERE''''S BEEN NO TRIAL! OUR CONSTITUTION SAYS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW OF YOUR PEERS!

I find it frankly mind boggling that the American public is willing to hang these young men on the CORRUPT WORDS OF THE LIBERAL MEDIA without knowing any FACTS whatsoever!

Yes, in this country the term alleged is always used when someone is accused of a crime. Those who are alledging these crimes however are not the media it is the families of the victims that were alledgidly slaughtered in the streets of Bagdad by mercenaries. By the way, O.J. elledgidly slit the throat of Nicole Brown.

Here we go again. Allow me to elucidate (oops., sorry, there go those big words again): there''s a big difference between prosecuting and convicting. We''re all saying they have to go to trial. Are you advocating that they don''t have to defend their actions?

Thats the type of man we need to defend us, someone who will kill indiscriminately. One would think they liberals would like that for the non discrimination aspect.

Maybe one of these days you will have the corage to comment what you really feel instead doing a bad job of being the devils advocate.

Look, you are halfway correct that someone must be able to kill to defend and that''s something we ask of our soldiers and Marines. But they also need to know how to follow orders and when killing is unacceptable and these guys didn''t know or didn''t care.

As for the cheap shot at liberals, indiscriminate is not the same as nondiscrimination. Check dictionary.com

This ain''t got nothing to do with our military, or those protecting us.
It has everything to do with private, mercenary thugs attempting to score big bucks out of a war.

Who are the prosecutions witnesses? Iraqis?

Posted by william3321

Not that it matters but probably most of them are. But I also bet that the one who has plead guilty already will also testify.

This is the new front on the liberals war on America, prosecuting those who are protecting us. Shameful.

Look at the facts concerning Blackwater and you will see these are just mercenaries out to make a buck and they don''t care who they hurt. These are not the type of people we need representing us.

The contractor is a former Blackwater employee and is a U.S. citizen.

Well, I''''m just saying that isn''''t the climate just as vague for accusing people of murder?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the documentary I saw the physical eveidence seemed to support the accounts of the victims. Understand, I am not one of those anti military nuts. I retired after 22+ years of military service and generally support the activities of our military and there support structure. But from what I saw of this and other incidents involving Blackwater these guys are just a bunch of out of control cowboys and their corporate leaders only encourage the behavior.

Yes Iraqis and one of the "Contractors" has plead to killing at least one and I am sure part of the plea agreemnet will require his testimony.

But, with regard to your comment about ''''them doing anything'''', what about ''''people saying anything''''?

What, specifically are you talking about.

Well if thats true, then they should prosecute the entire company.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by william3321

Unfortunately the agreements they made with the government pretty much prevents them from being prosecuted. The government just needs to get rid of them and use our active duty military. They are more responsible, more dependable, and are held accountable for their actions.

These are also the same guys that went nuts in Louisiana when Katrina hit. These power hungry nut jobs went around confiscating private citizens weapons for what they called "security". They deserve what they get for being Cheney''s private army.

What are their rules of engagement?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by william3321

You tell me. It doesn''t seem there are any for them as there are for the military. If they feel threatened they open fire. But it doesn''t matter, they are never (before now anyway) prosecuted for there actions. Blackwater would just normally fly them back to the states and pay some cash to families to shut them up. There was one case where a drunk Blackwater employee shot and killed an Iraqi security guard for no appearent reason and Blackwater flew him out of the country immediatley. This guy has never been prosecuted because fot he rediculous laws and the agreement the U.S government made with these mercenary companies.

Posted by william3321

They had no official rules of engagement. That''s a military concept. I am sure the company gave them guidelines but they don''t have the same legal effect so even if called ROE, they weren''t the same thing.

These aren''''t people chasing away popparazi cameras Mr. Moviestar. These are x-military men working as civies in a war zone.

I sure hope these people just aren''''t being made an example of, based on some pretentious politic. And that the facts are heard.

I saw a documntary on this sveral months back and what it seemed like was there was a small altercation between blackwater and some civillians about parking or something ridiculous like that and the Blackwater Guys just lost it and started shooting at anyone that looked Iraqi. It may have been a little more complicated than that but that is the basics of it. People were put in a postition where they thought they could do whatever they wanted and the history of Blackwater in Iraq did nothing to counter that.

According to bob, tree-hugging pacifists make the best bodyguards.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Posted by william3321

people that are heald accountable for there actins make the best body guards. The reason that the State Department uses private security (mercenaries) is because the laws of accountability in these conditins are so murky that these guys can literally get away with murder. This is not the only case of Blackwater Mercenaries killing innocents.
