This Company NEVER produced "Unmarketable" Products. These windows are the very best.. the problem? Well you see we bought into "Trickle Down" and "Free Trade". Now those workers? Those guys who just want a few bucks to give the family a LITTLE Christmas? THEY are competing with SLAVE Labor from CHINA! Just HOW do they compete with that Sparky?? Like I said YOU folks are REALLY out of touch...it''''s OUR Government too. Those Agreements were NOT negotiated with ALL American''''s in mind... Just a rich few.

Pay them what they are owed! Geez, BofA has already taken bail out money to cover their losses. This qualifies as a loss pay the people already, this is getting out of hand and it is only going to get worse.

Yes, I know I look good. But, where were all these supporters of the workers when the company was making unmarketable products?

Of course there''''s a provision. Every time anything is passed that is supposed to protect and help an ordinary working person, there''''s always a provision, a way out for the company. When we lost our jobs to NAFTA, the government was going to retrain people, pay their health benefits, extend unemployment, yada yada yada.. a ''''few'''' people did get these benefits, but for the most part, there were so many ''''provisions'''' that most did not. So, why go to all the trouble and expense to pass all of this legislation that''''s supposed to be for the people, and then make all these provisions so that no one really has to comply?

Well our FATHERS taught us better now didn''t they! WE bought into this "Free Trade and Trickle Down" and look at where it''s gotten us. LOOK back when we started down this road. There was work, good paying jobs, available for EVERYONE. Now? We have NOTHING! There is ONE community in this nation that hasn''t been hurt and hurt badly with these phony trade agreements and it is time they were renegotiated to benefit ALL American''s not just a few.

It is worth more to the bank to own the assets outright and sell to the highest bidder. What kind of windows do you own?

Posted by titletrack at 06:05 PM : Dec 08, 2008

What''s with you? This person, like me, certainly doesn''t know what kind of windows they put in his house when it was built. EVERYONE see''s through the cold blooded attempt to make this guy out the bad guy. NO sparky you want to see the bad guy in this think, you want to see the one who GAVE those Workers "Trickle Down" and "Free Trade"? Look in a mirror.

The bank owns all of the company''''s assets and inventory, which the company put up as collateral. WARN has a provision that allows for company''''s to not have to adhere to the sixty-day rule. A number of other companies have gone belly-up without this notice, and upon investigation, the companies weren''''t found to be in violation of any federal mandates.

. Hey, maybe she can default and ask crooked Rep. Gutierrez to bail her out and pay the mortgage for her?

You are so out of touch with what''s going on here it''s amazing! LOL Hey you folks just keep on in your little dream world but IF you think this is the end, you are in for a real rough ride. American Workers will take a LOT but they are pretty near the end of their rope. LOL IF the Bank of AMERICA can''t give those employees the money they are owed then SCREW THEM! I agree with the Governor here.. They can take their Business someplace else... like ANOTHER Country!?
