This article outlines the prosecutors case but says nothing about the defense case. Was a defense presented? The testimony in this article all points to guilty. The jury must have heard something to make them decide innocent. What was the defense?

War and its ramifications are hellish upon all who enter that dark room. Thanks to bush and his neocon morons for setting up these years of *** and suffering.

I''m disappointed but not surprised by this verdict.
The discipline that was once impressed indelibly upon every soldier who served has eroded in deference to a
more progressive humane approach. The sad consequence has been many are not psychologically fit to serve and are imposed upon field commanders.

This is a TRAVESTY of JUSTICE; difficult to prove without a surviving eye witness.

I''m sure it was a lack of conclusive forensic evidence presented by the prosecution that is the underlying explanation for this acquittal. HE DID IT!
