Why the hell would anybody need crowd control at a freaking Walmart? Oh...because people are pathetic and will actually kill to get their hands on a cheap DVD player. I think the only crowd control they needed here were cattle prods. People can be disgusting, and this poor man found out the hard way. Get a life people... a sale at a store isn''t cause for this sort of behavior.

You can''t train to handle crowds, you just get the hell out of the way or start beating @ss with a baton, those are the only 2 options.
