It''''s times like these that provide a great opportunity for Americans to once again step up and do what we do best: Look around and find somebody to blame.

I happily voted for Bush in 2000 and 2004 and would gleefully do so again without thinking.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks Bush. Mission Accomplished.

First he lied to us 935 times to get us into war for Halliburton killing 4200 Americans ( and still counting).

Then he ran the economy to the ground. Worst since the depression!

To top it off, he''s leaving $10 TRILLION debt to our kids and grandkids to pay off.

Because hey, he''s a republican. They don;t believe in taxes but they believe in spending.(because our kids can pay for them).

Worse than his Bush family friend Osama who killed only 3000 Americans.

Heckuva job Bush!

LIAR-IN-CHIEF!

I guess those tax cuts for the wealthy, high energy prices, and record budget deficits didn''t do the trick for the economy.

Just for once, I''d like to hear that weasel Bush get up and say ''I screwed up''. The buck never stops with Bush, always somewhere else.

I voted for Obama and was optomistic. The stock market also responded positively to cabinet announcements but plunges as Hillary is announced as Sec State. 12/01/08 - the Hillary market crash.

Posted by adams121212

Ummm, did you read the article? The previous cabinet appointments saw increases in the market because they were the ECONOMIC ADVISORS/CABINET positions being announced.....

The market fell today on the announcement that the USA has been in a recession for 1 year and consumer confidence fears.....how did you lump Hillary into this equation???? Wow!

This is George W Bush''s mess and his alone as President. It''s not related to Obama or Hillary Clinton or anyone else but those in the Bush administration and their poor trickle-down economic decisions that have further enriched the rich and left everyone else out in the cold.

Bush will be remembered in a light similar to Herbert Hoover in the pre-depression days, as a FAILURE.

What wusses. The market was steady ALL day until someome with news that may (or may not) have been factual spoke and the whole thing tanked.

If real life behaved like our markets, we would have never been born. In fact, mankind would have commited suicide the first time he saw a mammouth or a thunderstorm.

I hope the market crashes. let them all eat dirt and then, replace them with real people.

Republicans, Neocons, Bush, Cheney. Traitors, thieves, liars and bigots.

Nothing a nice big prison and some long term sedatives wouldn''t take care of though.

Looking forward to their trial at the Hague!
