I sure hope Obama can make up for the criminal follies of the Bush regime, but recreating a solvent US and then curing the ills of the world, as seems to be expected of the guy, might prove a little too much for just two terms.

The Bush administration backed off proposed crackdowns on no-money-down, interest-only mortgages years before the economy collapsed, buckling to pressure from some of the same banks that have now failed.
