I have been in law Enforcement since 1977 and i totally agree with PCreversed they did not escape and should not be charged with it. They should be charged wit destruction of property of they did that though.

Um yeah, escape charges. They escaped from their cell. Doesn''t matter if they went next door for n.ooky or down the street. Escape is escape. They are also a flight risk now and should be charged accordingly. Jail is not for making alcohol and scoring with the women. It''s for punishment.

escape charges?? they did not escape, the stayed there. the sheriff is just embarrassed and is trying to make himself look good by charging these people with escape. It does not make him look better, just makes him look like a bigger fool than he already did.
