This whole case sounds "weird". No reason WHY he shot them in the first place? Would not the boy have some gun powder residue on his hands or clothes...

Would not the angle of the shot say something? The "blood" on the boy if he touch the father would not be the same as "splatter" from a shot...something''s weird.

I do not know if the boy is guilty or innocent but we are DEFINATELY missing some pertiant information.

After listening to the interview for a few minutes, I have a hard time believing this kid killed his Daddy, and another man.

Not saying he did, or didn''t. Just hard to imagine that he did.

I''m wondering if someone is coaching the kid on what to say so he is not convicted of murder. If a lawyer is coaching him that is one thing, but if a lawyer or another adult is telling him to lie that is a crime. I don''t see how he could have confessed to the murders and then said this as well.

So which is it? The boy found the bodies or did he actually *** and reload several times while shooting the men? I had heard that he actually called to Tim Romans to come back into the house after he shot his father. by whose account? His statement that he was "circling the block a few times" after he got off the school bus is a bit telling, though.
