No, what this guy did was infinitely worse than anything Martha Stewart was singled out for doing and held up as an "example". She made a piddly amount. I think the laws should be made tougher for white collar type crimes. The punishments aren''t nearly severe enough, especially when major parts of the economy are impacted; the Enron criminals are a good example of how little the punishment was given the severity of the crimes and how the crimes ruined tens of thousands of innocent people.

I dont know why insider trading is illegal. Its a waste of time to police when we have so many jaywalkers and people who litter.

Not surprising in the least; he got lucky with an early dot-com but everything since has shown what a moron he is.
