It should be decriminalized, that way we can regulate and tax it and make it safe like it is in Europe. It will be going on anyway and we will never be able to stop it.

I have spent quite a bit of time in S.F. area & I can tell you that it is already pretty much legal. Cops catch these people in the act & do not do anything but tell them to find a more private area. There are zones where in a two block walk will get a dozen propositions from hookers. Some of them you can smell around the corner.

Women have the right to sell their bodies to Men. How do you think procreation works? Nothing is cheap. It takes a great deal of money to afford Children! Prostitutes earn a living entertaining. There is no reason to criminalize the act of prostitution.
