The penalty for a crime never, ever, EVER includes being allowed to continue to commit the crime. A bank robber cannot just pay back the money and continue to steal from the bank, a speeder doesn''t get to pay the ticket, then continue to speed freely - and an illegal alien doesn''t get to pay some penalty, then continue to live in America. Come here legally, or not at all. If you come here illegally, steal a place in this country, steal a job, steal use of our schools, hospitals, roads, and police - don''t expect us to give you what you have stolen as a reward for your criminal acts.

How is this any different that somebody leaving their kids in the car while they rob a liquor store??

The parents chose to take that risk by coming here illegally. No one asked me before absconding w/ my tax dollars to pay for the education and medical care for illegal aliens. They took the risk, they got caught. The only way the parents will be seperated is if the parents want it that way. The children are free to return with their parents.

Where is the corresponding story about the hardships encountered by those whose identities were stolen by these criminals?

I live in McCain''sland (Az.) he knows what has been going on for most of 26+ yrs he''s suspost to have been charge here. If you realy didn''t have the time money or desire to start a new career and just needed a job ( were retired, a student, a mother ect.) and spoke english you needn''t apply.

I don''''t have a problem with the child staying here...that''''s the law. If people don''''t like that law, get it changed. Until then, the law''''s the law. The parents, however, know the consequences when they commit the act of coming here illegally. Like I said, the parents put themselves and children in the precarious situation and the parents have a choice. They can either leave the child behind because they feel they have a better chance of making a life here or they can take them with them back to wherever they''''re from.

If I as a parent take a risk that would potentially leave my children without a father I''''m damm sure I''''m going to weigh the consequences beforehand.

Children of illegal immigrants are the same as children of welfare, they grow up to be the same as their parents worthless and users of the system. I keep hearing how hard these illegal immigrants work, well I have been around them for years and they do not work any harder than any one else, in fact we have found them to be very lazy and most of them are drug pushers. They also talk very bad about white people & make fun of us at every chance they get. They all work together to get here illegally and hog together in one house. The mexican gangs are horrible here and our government is allowing it to happen.
