No, they should just have to go through what they put the children through. Maybe they could be sent to Guantanamo Bay to be housed with the terrorists; they could be tortured and water boarded.

I thought the adoption process was designed to fully investigate potential parents to make certain they were emotionally and financially equipped to take on the responsiblity of having children. This woman is clearly insane, yet she was allowed to adopt THREE? What is wrong with this picture?
