How many of you would be disgusted if he was having *** with someone else while his wife is in a coma?

The guy visits his wife daily, trying to keep her limbs from atrophy. He loves her,Not my idea of a good time, but it seems he is trying to be there for her and maybe show her love. 3 times in all the years is not ridiculous especially as it seems it happened when she first got there. He could have been like other men and ignored her, leave her to rot and gone and found hookers. I do not think this man should suffer anymore, and should seek a good counselor to help him understand his wifes condition.

It is hard to tell her precise condition from the little info in the article, but apparently she was neither unconscious nor in a coma. She had a condition common to stroke victims: paralysis. Usually it isn''''t as severe as they indicate here.

I hope you aren''t intentionally trying to mislead. Stroke victims can lose anything from just a slight amount of movement to their entire greater brain function, i.e. death, and could get any result in the spectrum. So for this woman to be comatose is not unusual. She could remain so for the rest of her life. It would depend on where her stroke occurred in her brain.

In every state, IF a WIFE in incapacitated, the LEAGAL SPOUSE has automatic power of attorney...and the #1 thing attorneys know how to do is...
...well, I could say it, but CBS wouldnt let it stand.

Even an attorney isn''t legally allowed to do that to his/her clients as long as the client/attorney relationship remains in force. ''Forcing'' the issue is called rape.

Did anyone notice that the story states:

"Johnson''s wife was admitted to the nursing home after suffering a stroke. Court records say she was unable to speak or sit up, and nursing home staff members fed, cleaned and turned her. Prosecutors say she was comatose."

It is hard to tell her precise condition from the little info in the article, but apparently she was neither unconscious nor in a coma. She had a condition common to stroke victims: paralysis. Usually it isn''t as severe as they indicate here.

I don''t think I would follow the same course of action, but such activity is a very powerful neuromuscular stimulus. (Viva le stimulus!!)

Who knows? With a loving husband and wife could this begin the recovery process? Is there a doctor in the blog that might care to speculate? (I''d seriously doubt it.)

"She believes her sister''s husband was merely expressing his love for his wife and was trying everything he could to bring her back to consciousness," Kelly said.

Okay, once or twice is gross. To keep doing it? It''s obviously not working!!

''He probably got the same response from his wife that I get from mine during relations. ''
