Come on people. It was basically the same *** they and plenty of other married couples were having before. She just laid there while he did all the work.

I believe that is the longest run-on sentence I have ever seen. ROFLMAO.

He probably got the same response from his wife that I get from mine during relations.

I find that highly unlikely.

Remember Wisconsin is also the home state for Ed Gein, Jeffrey Dahmer and now David W Johnson. Apparently you own your wife there.

Hey TheVicar1. You must be one of those types that think women don''t have rights and are just *** toys even when they don''t want to be. You need full time psychological care and do not need to be posting your psychotic rantings anywhere. You are sounding like mental patient.

I''m sorry if I have affended anyone here but you''ve got to see some of the other posting this guy has posted to understand. This guy hits almost every comment section on CBS and posts stuff so gross to human understanding that it really does boarder psychoticism.

He was finally able to try all those things/places most wives won''t allow and many husbands have to pay for. Like I said earlier.. Pretty gnar..

I wasn''t the S.ex that the staff had a problem with. It was the two of them slamming tequila shots & smoking cigarettes afterward.

what do you consider consent? is every deaf mute raped because they can not say "yes"??? your either just being obsurd to get your rocks off or your part of the right wing radicals forcing your views/religion on everybody, so which is it??? -------------------------------- Posted by mrvolleyba11

Ultimately, CONSENT is best expressed by that little crooked smile, and the subtle glow of blush, AFTERWARDS!

One has to consent to *** no matter how long you have been married. It sounds like she cannot give consent. He is a pig if this is the case and needs to be prosecuted. If any woman out there thinks that this his raping his wife is okay....go see a therapist --------------------------------- Posted by beader59

WHAT STATE do you live in? The State of Denial?

Well, Denial is just a Sea in Egypt!

In every state, IF a WIFE in incapacitated, the LEAGAL SPOUSE has automatic power of attorney...and the #1 thing attorneys know how to do is...
...well, I could say it, but CBS wouldnt let it stand.

Which is more disturbingly bizarre? Is it a geezer having *** with a comatose wife? Or is it the police filming the act? Hard to say.

I think only Dracula, Frankenstein, or the Flying Spaghetti monster could answer this one. Or, perhaps, the Dalai Lama.

"Do Americans have no right to privacy anymore !!" Posted by sheila2u at 04:04 PM : Sep 11, 2008

EXACTLY! Does this WOMAN not have a right to privacy? She can not tell anyone what she wants or doesn''t want. And until she can, he needs to take his *** someplace else! You have to be pretty sick and desperate to s-c-r-e-w an unconscious body.

having *** with his comatose wife is sick but prosecuting him is a perfect example of the right wing (republican policy) and their desire to force "their" beliefs on all Americans! what he did is no business of the nursing homes, state, or government. it is a far stretch to call this rape, I could think of some other words but rape is BS!

Does "giving consent" require a verbal statement? If so, my mute wife has been raped for decades...
Get out of the bedroom right wing nazis! Don''t you have anything to think about other than how to stick your nose into crevices?
