I agree the woman should have recieved a death sentence. In Texas she would have.
The females in prison take offense at a woman who murders an innocent baby, she won''t last long unless she is in solitary confinment...for ever.

Not sure how a human can cook a baby in a microwave and not have intent ... drunk or not ...

last time I used one you HAD to close the door and set the timer and energize the unit ... takes a little thought to do that ..

I guess they could not decide on whether she was drunk enough ..

Hopefully she gets an opportunity to work in the kitchen and use a microwave on a daily basis ... if she survives the prison code of conduct ... not sure the other inmates will have the same empathy for her ...

I''ve been following this case since it was first reported. IF the jury is right, this woman should not be supported by public taxpayer dollars. Make her earn her own keep; work her 16 hours a day, six days a week. No TV, no books, no newspapers, no frills, just basic food, water and medical treatment. May she live a long, long time and remember why she''s there every day of her pitiful life.
