We need to rebuild where people will be safe.

Mandatory - that means everyone right? And only buses for 30,000 poor? What dreamers. Let that which is below sea level go back to nature, then maybe we can spend our limited homeland tax dollars on infrastructure where it''s really needed instead of ***** that breech every few years.
