This article does not give all the facts. Try reading about it on abcnews, msnbc and foxnews. Several days ago the DNA results DID come back, and the "stain" was Caylee''s. Also, they said they can tell if hair comes from a live or dead person. Must be something to do with the root of the hair. Anyway, the hair in the trunk came from a dead person, and it was Caylee''s. Someone must not be trusting the results of the test, or they would already have charged her with murder (instead of stealing checks).

At least they immediately decided to get her back in jail.

I think this girl has needed help for a long time,and the parents knwew this.She reminds me of someone many years ago who was very sick in the head. She knows where this child is,she needs to come forward with it now.

Any mother who has very little or no concern about a missing child, has some sort of cognitive or maybe reasoning impairment. Unless, she is purposely hiding something, or, she simply does not care.

By her actions or inactions, Casey Anthony is trying to control or manipulate this event.

However, the information collected by law enforcement more than likely means that there is much more to this story.

Casey Anthony knows exactly what happened, and when. However, she remains silent, possibly to avoid incriminating herself, and possibly a friend or family member.

Eventually, the truth will surface; and, when it does, she will be powerless to do anything about it. At that point, the judicial system will take charge, and make sure there is an appropriate conclusion.

rharrin1: The lawyer''s not employed to speak for the child, he''s there to defend his client. Make no mistake, he probably feels for the child as much as any of us, but he''s got a legal and professional obligation to do his job to the utmost of his ability.
