I can only pray that the little girl is still alive and by some strange chance the mother is telling the truth. How many times this year alone has an expectant mother been killed and her newborn taken from her? How many child abductions have taken place this year that we have not heard about? I think I have even heard of parents trying to sell their children on EBay and Craigslist. Kidnapping by the baby sitter has also been in the news this year, not to mention the human trafficking no one ever here''s about in the news.
Until the mother decides to tell the truth about what happened, we will never really know if she''s dead or not.
I would like to hope for the best and I am sure no one has had any pleasure out of this whole ordeal including the mother...

The mother knows exactly where this little angel is. And in time it will come to light, as soon as the prosecutor offers the right deal. And what a shame that is what is gonna happen, a deal for a killer to offer the rest of her family closure, how truly sad.

I totally agree with you. That little girl is dead, her mom was partying while she is kidnapped? Casey knows where Caylee is, burned and buried. The grandma cherished her grandchild and her sick daughter resented it and probably killed Caylee to get back at her mom. Casey didn''t want her and the footage of Caylee''s relationship with her grandma shows how much the grandma doted on her. Caylee was used as a pawn by her mother, against the grandmother. The whole family knows that Casey is a sociopath and are in denial about what she did.

Mother''s would go to the end of the earth to protect their child, it''s ingrained. I would give my life for my kid''s and spend every waking moment to find them. Casey partied, that say''s everything.

Lets see..There were gas cans in her trunk. She asked her neighbor for a shovel. There is a decomposing "something" in the trunk of her car. Every night was a party. Big smiles all around. The police are using cadaver dogs in the yard. My personal opinion is that she was getting back at her mom for making her keep the child she did not want to keep. It may have been on a unconscious level but you still have to take responsibility. Once she covered it up it was shown that she knew what she did was wrong. From what I have seen the whole family has some problems in that area. Most mothers will do anything to protect their child. I hope that this is the case with her mother. As far as Casey is concerned, she will probaly continue to lie. If they find the childs body the "kidnappers" will have done it. She didnt. Thats how someone who never learned to take responsibity would handle it. By making her keep the child that she wanted to put up for adoption, her mother finally tried to show cause and effect but it was too late. It is something that has to be ingrained from a young age. Apparently this young lady thought that she could do anything she wanted. A very sad story.

I honestly believe ni my heart that the mother did kill her own child. why, because she is selfish self centered and if she was truly concerned she would and should have helped all she could have done to,help find her missing daughter, but she didn,t.she just seems like she has something to hide, and doesnt want to admit to anything.but on the other hand, her mom si the one who is doing all she can to find her precious little grand-daughter. im sorry it had to come to this ,for her and everyone involved.i wish thatthat so-called mom of this missing little girl would just admit to what really happened, and put an end to the other family members.common decency, and honesty is needed here for the baby girls sake.

She isnt old enough or wise enough to be a criminal of that caliber on her own . When the truth finally comes to the surface like pond scum it will cover the whole area all that are under it will drown.

Just being honest. Flame away. I feel more sorrow for this girl, than I would with a guy.

I keep hoping, somehow the little girl is alive.

The choice to hurt someone, rather than love them is the tragedy.

The attorney is right in saying that the police''s ''dramatic'' arrest of her at her home was done for show. In nearly every case where charges like check fraud are being filed the attorney sets up a time for their client to arrive at the station with their counsel and are then booked. This was strictly done for the cameras and to drive another nail into the coffin of public opinion. If the DNA from the trunk has come back as belonging to the girl AND they could tell it was post-mortem (not sure how you could determine that without the hair follicle, which usually doesn''t fall out with the hair), then they would have just picked her back up for that. The DA is going to use these other charges to keep her in jail and apply more pressure in hopes she''ll crack. A solid strategy from the law enforcement playbook but I still wish they had at least someone looking into any other possible leads instead of putting all eggs into one basket.

The Ramsy case still stinks of the family, and the lady died of cancer, maybe sooner because of stress, but it was cancer.

supposedly grandma called 911 and said the car smelled like a dead body, then changed her story to, I guess it could have been a pizza..911!!!! they think they are helping their daughter by lying and covering for her. The truth will come out and I do not know why they haven''t given the mother a lie detector. they already KNOW there was a body in the trunk,or at least a dead something. The little girl is gone I am afraid, and it all has to be done with. It is only taking up police time ,money and energy. I do not know the facts, but it sure looks like the woman who bore that sweet child is responsible for her missing...

Noticeably, no murder charges yet... I''d like to think it''s because the police are doing their jobs. There are too many things wrong in this case, and the woman in the middle of it is one BIG problem. If you didn''t do anything, why wait for weeks to report the child gone? If she did kill the girl, find out exactly how, and kill her the same way. I think we should be allowed to execute murderers in the same way they murder. If it hurts, oh well. Someone else hurt before they died. If it was inhumane sounding to find you''d die that way, maybe you shouldn''t have done that to the other person, especially a child. Sick!

Considering that the (highly inept) Boulder PD just recently got around to clearing Jon Benet Ramsey''s parents (after breaking up their marriage and driving the mother to her grave), I have to look at any single minded investigation with skepticism. Police procedures focus way too much on deciding who they "like" as the perpetrator and not enough on the trail the evidence may lead them on. Look at the rising number of death row inmates being released after decades and you''ll get an idea of just how poorly most major cases are investigated.
Do I think this woman is a complete whack-job? Definitely. Does it make her a prime suspect? Undoubtedly. Does it mean that she did it beyond a shadow of a doubt? Nope.

Stop calling her a "mother". She was a breeder by accident.
