- Thanks for that diatribe stick1771, so, basically you''re saying if we are all ike you, we won''t have any problems. It''s not my fault if you''re too stupid to take advantage of programs that are there to help us when we''re down. Personally, I haven''t needed any myself even though I could probably take out a measuring stick for poverty and say mine was bigger. What''s amazing is 1) you think you''re rich... if you''re not making at least $500,000 a year without working at all, then believe it or not you are middle class.
You''re incredibly vacuous description of when you were down on your luck is laughable. Sounds like you were trying to say something like... "some of my best friends are poor". You obviously know nothing about being truly poor and so you take out your own ineffectiveness in our economy on people who have no power to harm you. You are even sadder than I thought you were when I started posting here today. - Reply to this comment
- Why would sending all the jobs in the United States to foreign countries lead to higher poverty rates in America? I just don''''t get it.

Then I find it amusing, and the vast majority of the country would agree here, that you have the nerve to question anyone else''s judgment or intelligence.

Poverty up? No problem say Bush/McSame. We''ll just give another huge tax cut to ourselves and will trickle down to the rest of the country eventually.
