That''s right, open-minded thinkers who have compassion are idiots and you are the bright shining stars that will save us all wth your "shoot from the hip" solutions.

It''s nice that you''ve become such a wonderful tool for the greed, avarice, gluttony and mean-spiritedness of this country. Do you have to take the rest of us down with you?

I look at it this way; John McCain is a Bush follower, period. 280 Million People want Bush out of office and 180 million want to see him Impeached.
The other 100 million want to see war crimes trials.

John can sing ''My Heart is in the Hanoi Hilton'' the next time he is on SNL.

Once again, incapable of having a true discussion, stick1771 and those of narrow mind and narrow thinking resort to name calling and shut off their brains.

It''s nice that you live in such a wonderful "Leave it to Beaver" world. I forgive you, because you obviously have no tools by which you can see from another person''s eyes. It''s much easier for this kind of mind to come up with a heurism about how others should and can live their lives. I also feel very sorry for you because if those rose colored glasses ever get yanked off that dim bulb you call a head, you will be sorely surprised at how much help you might need. I hope the guy you ask for it isn''t like you, or you''ll starve.

You are not intelligent enough to concoct an insult that would hurt anyone here.

By the way, since you mentioned it, did you vote for Bush.....twice?

* The Bush tax cuts have contributed to revenues dropping in 2004 to the lowest level as a share of the economy since 1950, and have been a major contributor to the dramatic shift from large projected budget surpluses to projected deficits as far as the eye can see.

* The tax cuts have conferred the most benefits, by far, on the highest-income households %u2014 those least in need of additional resources %u2014 at a time when income already is exceptionally concentrated at the top of the income spectrum.

* The design of these tax cuts was ill-conceived, resulting in significantly less economic stimulus than could have been accomplished for the same budgetary cost. In part because the tax cuts were not as effective as alternative measures would have been, job creation during this recovery has been notably worse than in any other recovery since the end of World War II.

Your wasting your time giving anyone facts on this forum. The truth has been exposed about slim1h2o. He/she is counting on Obama to get into office so he/she can count on the gov. to take care of them.

McCain on Bush

" . . . the fact is that I have agreed with President Bush far more than I have disagreed. And on the transcendent issues, the most important issues of our day, I''''ve been totally in agreement and support of President Bush."

"[H]e has more than earned our support. He has earned our admiration and our love."
- John McCain on George W. Bush [Chicago Tribune, 8/11/04]

How does it feel to side with red-neck mentality ?

How does it feel to be on the side of anti-abortion and know that your Republican president had the chance to change the laws in the first four years of his administration, before the Democrats took over
Congress and the Senate ?

How does it feel to pay for four dollar gas ?

How does it feel to support a war with the lives of our young men that did not need to be fought ?

How does it feel to now vote For John Mc Cain when we have it from his own lips that he voted 90% of the time with George Bush ? I assume he was voting with his heart and best judgment.

John Mc Cain graduated 845 in a class of 849 from the U.S. Naval Academy. It doesn''''t seem as though he learned very much.

Obama said you could keep your guns. And, if you earn under $150,000 you can have an extra 1,000 cash back.

When the Republicans have done nothing about abortion what really is the problem.

Article: "the data released Tuesday do not take into account the consequences of the economic downturn that began late last year."

So, thanks for pretty much no news at all.

Modern "conservatism" is a morally and economically bankrupting philosophy that pushes the insane idea that the answer to every problem is to simply move more money from the hands of the working class into the already full pockets of the super-wealthy. It also pushes the equally insane idea that the nation can simply borrow it''s way into prosperity.

We are seeing the fallout every day from this insane philosophy.

It''s time for CHANGE.

Obama 08!
