Doesn''t Dave Price know that floodwaters contain all kinds of nasty stuff. This morning he''s shown prancing around the flooded streets of Melbourne, FL with shorts and no boots or waders.
"Florida has gorgeous weather most of the year, provided you like it warm and sunny. And the beaches are the most beautiful in the country." Ditto that and, by the way, hurricanes are not the norm if you look back in history.

What''s so great about living in a place where earthquakes and fires and floods happen all the time, and not just June thru December?

Florida has gorgeous weather most of the year, provided you like it warm and sunny. And the beaches are the most beautiful in the country.

Every spot has its pluses and minuses.
