3 years later...after promising a billion dollars to help Georgia--here we go--just in time for elections..Hope is coming back to New Orleans?

I thought Bob Hope was dead. So who''s coming back to New Orleans? One of his kids?

I think it''''s a brilliant plan to rebuild a city below flood level. And how about rebuilding the new homes with basements so people would have someplace to go in case there''''s another big storm?

Yep, that way the massive drownings in the next storm would be more efficient and guaranteed. LOL
