The obvious thing here is that whether it''s a councilman, a policeman, a judge, or the President, none of them get to make arbitrary "rules" about when someone can be outside, inside, upside down, or inside out. We need to stop bowing to authoritative abuses like this, but I''m afraid it''s becoming ingrained because of our "since 9/ll" mentality that some politicians, some law enforcement folks, and others have been able to exploit to their advantage.

PapaBC What is your plan for when the military and police violate your rights. What "somebody" will fight for your fredom from these oppessors?
------------------------------------------------

it is not the police or military that I am afraid of. There are Drug Dealers, Gangs, Far Left Wingers that make me more afraid. They will not only take your freedom but your life.

Who will fight if the police, military or left wingers take away basic freedoms? ME & hopefully WE THE PEOPLE. 2nd Amendment.

I''m sorry to actually have to back up CBSfan, but the right to privacy doesn''t extend to the private sector.

In the case of employment, a drug screen can be seen as voluntary, because you don''t have a constitutional right to be hired.

"where in the Constitution does it say you have a right to privacy?"

Bill of Rights. If you are a U.S. Citizen you should be familiar with your rights.

[it amazes me how quick we are to give up our rights as long as it effects someone else.]
