What? Did you think a 600 Billion Dollar a year Government Run payment system would be immune from fraud?

Exactly, thats why the idea of a national health plan is something that should scare the #### out of everyone. Anytime the government is involved(in this case being billed for fraudulent medical services) you get a hugh costly overburden of BS, along with the crooks. Case in point the $200 toilet seat.

Come ON; first LA hospitals drive homeless people to skid row and dump them there, now they are paying them to come in and get fake medical care?

On a bright note, that three days in the hospital for a junkie or a drunk might have done them some good. Granted they give them more money than they could panhandle in a week once they kick them out...
