Their contention is that IF you have no other proof that a cover-up exists, then it happened the way we fabricated it to be. They know it, we know it, now the proof is in their hands, so guess what happens next? Any intelligent person would realize how this could have never EVER happened the way the FBI says it did. Weapons grade anthrax walks off a military base,no one notices it missing and security cameras and security personel saw nothing. Why is it that no investigation has been reported into the security breech? This whole story stinks of cover-up!!

It''s a long way from "Ivins sent the anthrax" to "Ivins operated alone", but with a $hit-eating grin, the US attorney (a Monica Goodling handpick?) made that leap in his completely uninformative press conference.

In case the geniuses in the FBI and the suckup US Attorney''s office can''t figure out where to begin, let me suggest:

follow the trail showing how such an unstable person managed to keep his security clearance right up until the time he was sent to a mental hospital, to be released and allowed to buy a gun and a flak jacket (in one of the most gun-controlled states in America, Maryland, no less).

Think the federal gumshoes can check that out?

Their rush to "close the file" reminds of a kid who makes a mess in his bedroom then posts a "keep out" sign on the door.

And the "free press", with the exception of one or two independent reporters like Gerald Posner, just sucks it up like the good little "Pravda" operatchiks they are.

Conspiracies against the people of the United States have no political boundaries. The events happen, and the media blames the people they are told to blame. McVeigh was a prime example. Authorities were looking for a third person, then they stopped. McVeigh and Nichols were fingered as the perpetrators, and the events of the day of the Murrah Building bombing were swept under the rug.

The truth is, there were FOUR bombs at the Murrah Building. The truck bomb was the smallest of those four. Go to Youtube and look at the ACTUAL MEDIA COVERAGE from that day, including a phone interview with the governor where they were talking about defusing the two bombs INSIDE the building that failed to detonate.

Was Clinton involved? Probably. Just watch the reports from the day, and you''ll have your eyes opened.

Why does the press keep parroting the FBI''s suicide "theory". According to press reports Ivins was released from a "secure psychiatric facility" on the day he was to be charged. What kind of weird legal process is this? His psychiatrist felt the need to obtain a restraining order from a court because she felt threatened by Dr. Ivins. Since when does the government inform a person''s lawyer of a person''s pending arrest for murder? If guilty he was clearly a menace to society. Why was he not arrested? Later reports say that he ingested his fatal overdose of Tylenol (of all things) several days before his death. So that would mean he was actually in the secure facility when he took the pills. Did they bring it to him on a tray. This story has zero credibility - but the so called press keeps parroting the suicide line that the FBI is trying to sell. Why not ask Paris Hilton what she thinks - it couldn''t get us any further from the truth.

The FBI proved (to themselves) beyond a reasonable doubt that Ivins is guilty. It%u2019s easy to prove he''s guilty after he''s been hounded to death; he no longer can defend himself. I would not even think of believing the FBI about anything. I guess the image of how they harassed Eric Rudolph for the Atlanta Olympics bombing until they all but ruined his life - for a crime which he did not commit - is still too vivid in my mind. They also KNEW he was guilty.

Whoops....the story is breaking as we speak. The Anthrax terrorist was a hard core liberal that was working with bin laden to bring our country to a stand still. He sent the spores to George Will and other conservatives. This guy was even a big liberal blogger and voted very recently in the primaries. WOW.

You''re right, he could not possibly have acted alone. WHOEVER made the powder form anthrax was working in cooperation with lab management, which is the only way to keep such a massive undertaking secret.

Bush was also in the final stages of planning his Iraq war, which was delayed by 9/11. I believe lab management knew about the war plans, and they wanted to exploit it by creating some war hysteria to get more funding for their lab.

Motive. Ability. Evidence? COVERED UP by the FBI''s eagerness to close the investigation.

To pursue a MORE REASONABLE explanation for the coincidence of the anthrax attack and 9/11 - consider that both Bush'' Iraq war plans and the 9/11 attack were operating on similar timetables.

Probably the 9/11 terrorists were aware of the Iraq war plans, or they suspected it. They would need to attack BEFORE a major attack on Iraq.

Bush was probably very close to launching his Iraq war when he was interrupted by 9/11.

Two major plans converging in time. COINCIDENCE.

Maybe there are too many coincidences to refute the FBI evidence. But if you''re going to sentence someone to death, you''d better have evidence that''s NOT POSSIBLY COINCIDENCE.

At least we know from this event, biosafety rules at labs should change to reflect the treason,murders,non-trustworthy atmosphere of even the most acclaimed scientists without being very aware moral and ethical corruption is around the corner for all human beings and none are immune to its effects whether declaritively sane or insane or somewhere in between, as is the place most of humanity resides. So what biosafety rules will labs adopt on campuses,and military installations to prevent this from recurring?
